Don't worry Arsenal will fuck it up eventually, probably starting at home to Villa in 2 weeks time.

To be fair, City were atrocious. Lack of movement, mobility, inspiration. Their team was totally unbalanced today: Fernando, Fernandinho, Kompany, Demichelis, Milner : that was way too rigid, heavy, slow and uninspired and not adapted to face the quickness and mobility of Arsenal's players.
Fair play to Arsenal who took their chances well, but City's attacking display was atrocious. It just shows how well we coped with all our injuries: City are missing Nasri and Toure, and their whole balance and creativity was broken as they never threatened a (well-known) poor Arsenal defence. Bellerin and Monreal looked like world-class full backs lol, says it all.
I wish the gunners would have lost though, Arsenal are coming back slowly. No place for mistakes anymore. If we don't grabs the points in the next few weeks, we might fall out of the top-4, and who knows if we could claim back afterwards.

Fair play to Arsenal for a fantastic victory over the reigning champions, but I don't see them sustaining a long run of good form. You almost know they are bound to muck it up sooner or later..... will still probably end up finishing in their favourite fourth spot though, however I would love to see them miss out on CL football

Pulis doing what he does best....setting his side up to play no football whatsoever and coming away with a positive result. Have to say I thought Everton were very poor in the final 3rd though, never looked like being able to break them down.

Yeah they'll be safe. Everton have really gone downhill but as long as Martinez is 'so proud'.... Mirallas' penalty was woeful as well. Serves them right.

How does Baines let him even step up to the mark? He should have shoved him back behind the line where he belonged... Baines has missed one penalty in his career thanks to De Gea- I doubt seriously that Mirallas has a record like that.

Na he's a pussy, he's the penalty taker. Didn't want to argue with him about taking it and he went on and missed, Baines is as much to blame for not just taking the ball off him and telling him to fuck off.

I'd say the blame is squarely on Baines' shoulders. I knew Mirallas was going to miss as soon as Baines backed away.

Liverpool XI: Mignolet, Can, Skrtel, Sakho, Lucas, Henderson, Gerrard, Moreno, Markovic, Coutinho, Sterling
Chelsea XI: Courtois; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry (c), Filipe Luis; Matic, Mikel; Willian, Fabregas, Hazard; Diego Costa
Strong teams.

Fancy Chelsea pretty strongly seeing the strength of their side, 3-1 Chelsea for me.
