Introduce yourself

Hi everyone!  I'm Jorge from Madrid, Spain. I currently live in Guadalajara, Mexico where I married a beautiful "tapatía" (demonym to Guadalajara) and I´ve been a devoted fan of ManUtd since my first time at Old Trafford back in Dec/2006, so lucky to watch United beat City 3-1 with Rooney, Saha and Ronaldo goals, and great saves by van der Sar. I also fell in love with the Dynamic Duo of Nemanja and Rio and I regard them as the best defending couple ever! My second time was in Oct/2012 when Chicharito scored Utd's first and also the winner at 75' in a great come-back victory over SC Braga.  

BTW, I believe Chicharito deserves a chance (and I mean a real chance) to come back and succeed at United.  After a superb 20 goal debut season, he scored 12 in 2nd. season despite injuries. 18 in his 3rd. season mostly playing a sub role.  In 2013/14 Moyes relegated him completely but he still managed to score 9.  I became a fan of his from his time at Chivas and was thrilled to see him go to ManUtd. He's an incredibly instinctive and lethal finisher and I really believe he's been denied the starting role he deserved.

I don't even want to start about van Gaal.

Well guys, I guess I said more than a little bit about myself, so that's me so you know me from the start. I joined TR for a brief spell but left after realising the forum was full of Manchester locals that don't take well to outsiders and regard us as "plastic fans" because only game-going Mancs have the right to call themselves "real" Utd fans.  I hope that mob don't find their way to this forum!

Hello everyone. This is exciting...
My name is Hakam and I am from Jordan (somewhere in the Middle East).
I have been a Man U Supporter since the early 70's. I lived through the bad times as well as the Great 90's.
It really is sad to witness what is happening at our beloved club. 7th followed by 4th. My only hope is that things will get better, they have to.
Last year, even when we won matches, I was never convinced by the team. The best game was actually the one we lost vs Chelsea at the end of the season. If the team can emulate that form, then I believe that we have a chance for the title.
Regarding our de Gea... I believe that if a player's heart is not with the club, he should be allowed to leave. I know that he's a great keeper and that his departure would be a loss, but I am sure that, if he is to remain at the club, he will not be as good as last year.
This is my opinion at any rate.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello to all other MU supporters and feel free to visit Jordan. Great country, great people.
