So Matic announced that he’s off at the end of the season.
Good player for us when he joined initially but he was well past it imo. Should have stopped playing for us two seasons ago.
Oh and this also means that we now need 2 DM’s - when it’s been publicly announced that we’re getting a 20 mill transfer budget from the gimps. Ten Hag will have a coronary before he’s started.
Looking forward to the unrealistic transfer stories making their way into this thread.

Right, so United have (supposedly) tightened up communications under the new stewardship and very little is coming out regarding transfers. But we do have Torres and Timber as solid runners so far, doubt it's both tho...

tbf they need to get the dead wood out and off the books irrespective, they can't go on like it is - although the report they'd made Mata another 12 month contract extension is fucking disturbing they have work to do |

yeah forgot to say he refused it , got an offer to play regularly in MLS , but the fact they tried is worrying and shows heads are still up their ass

That's regardless of who was in the dugout this was going to be about the heads' of the players and who wanted to be here for this
Take Ronaldo and his quotes and compare it to this, and there you have answers to a lot of what will go out between now and start of next season

Point being before, players would and could stay because of contracts and performances or outcomes would never be an issue.
Basically they are playing for United so what questions could be asked. That protection might not be there from now on. Time will tell
