I think Micky is a great player, but not in the same league as Sanchez. He will do well at Arsenal.

How many teams can take a snooze midway through the match and still come out with a win This is NEGATIVITY. We simply could not bury them when we had the chance, and they could have screwed us in the final minutes. When do we learn that we should not take any team for granted?

but we're 8 points behind city already and they're playing out of their minds. But if we beat them twice, the difference will only be 2 points. So in reality, all is not lost.

My problem with the tactics was he went into his portugese tony pulis mode. All we did was defend, granted it is liverpool away (just about the hardest fixture we'll have whole year, aside from the man city away game) but being that piss poor with those tactics. This was honestly Lukaku's first bad game also, i think he didn't look likely but i think that was due to the lack of creativity also. Wish Mourinho would back his teams and not play this ultra-defensive bullshit, if we wanted an ultra defensive manager we could have gotten Tony Pulis for cheaper. Lukaku didn't play bad, but he wasn't given the support by our midfield players. I can't say that I blame him. Overall, although I hate to admit it, a draw is a good result with all the injuries to the midfield. Not many teams will be able to get that at Anfield.

This will be a tough encounter. Liverpool did extremely well against the top teams last season. Let's hope that they get screwed on Saturday

Atkinson, oh boy. Our attack should be able to tear their defence a new one. Sadly i think their attack will be too good for our defence also. 3-2 win I think but it will be tough. Klopp's job is on the line (stupidly, like i said when Fergie went, i wanted this guy as the new manager, i wanted him when Moyes went also, he's a damn good manager). I think that he will be Bayern's manager next season

This was a "Good" but "Bad" win. I'm relieved that we did win this game but in reality it was not deserved. Southampton in the second half were the much better side. They deserved at least a draw.
If we play like this against Man City and co, we will be screwed. Nevertheless, a win is a win. Many games last season were drawn although we were the better side and deserved to win.
I hope that the boys get their act together and avoid such terrible performances in the future.

Not to mention, its frustrating that Jose still doesn't believe in youth, it seems like he's sent out all of the academy prospects aside from Rashford, what does this man have against youth. I'm sorry, if your going to be a united manager you better be good at blooding the youth into the system. At least they were loaned. This will give the young players first team football. They should return as more mature.

Why the hell we don't offer Arsenal 70 million for Sanchez???? He's worth much more than that and would be a great addition.

This is a good draw BUT... We will end up facing one of the big teams in the last 16
Here's hoping for the best.

Still not sure why we aren't going after Sanchez. He's premier league proven, is also 28 and is miles better than Ivan Perisic. Agreed, but Arsenal will never sell him to us!

with our champions league qualification secured. I think they should just wrap up the deal now, lets Atleti get the replacement they need (Lacazette shouldn't be the only player, i think they should go for an Alexis Sanchez type also if they want to build) and it allows us to have him here, now and thus we can evaluate what we need (Bale would be a pretty damn good left-wing option potentially, especially with his season at Real Madrid this season and their links with Hazard). Clearly we need to build and probably think about replacing also Fellaini (who is probs on his way out, i mean he's not like for like but i think Sanches under Mou could do great things, i mean he's an idiot really for rejecting us in the first place though, but thats also Woodwards fault for being a nonce), Young, Jones etc. I think Keane would be good but we need a leader at the back, Smalling is decent but is he that Ferdinand or Vidic figure, no. Only issue is who is actually available that offers that (Hummels is the dream answer here but he ain't coming). I think they should go for Alexis Sanches himself. Griesman is a high probability now.
