why don't they just become business partners. and blocking the view, if anything, it adds to it. its a lot better than just the stadium and carpark space. Or have the club buy it and have Giggs and Neville run it or something. Could make it the official hotel of united or something (though at those prices, maybe not)

UNITED'S DEBT DECREASES
That infamous debt that United incurred from the Glazers has continued to be reduced. The debt was as high as £716.5m in the 2009 financial year, and it's more than halved since then to £322.1m. It's down 6% from £343.4m in the last quarter.
