Get fecked Madrid  haha is the sauce reliable? Also i expect Morata to put in a transfer request. No way is he happy being 2nd string to Benzema (i'd start him ahead of Benzema to be honest). Either way i'm happy with this, he was my pick. Hopefully the Rooney sale goes through though.

Yeah, I'm disappointed as would have preferred Morata, but Madrid can fuck themselves. I just hope Morata is so fucked off he forces a move away

Not particularly sold on either but Lukaku knows the league, guarantee's goals and is a safer bet, price isn't over the top either, be mad to pay that money for a current benchwarmer. Had a sneaky feeling this would happen with all the Chelsea talk stalling, more of a typical powerhouse Mourinho striker and look forward to him linking up with Pogba. Spine of the team Bailly, Pogba, Lukaku is beastly. Rich knew!

Morata gives team more options and was better fit flexibility wise. But Lukaku if turns up every game is a difficult bugger to handle has a proven record, typical Mourinho signing though.

the 25 goals or so a season in the premier league (and more in cups and CL) i think makes this more than good enough, Morata isn't as prolific as him, may be a better all rounder but Lukaku is the better goal scorer.
Probably the 2nd best striker in the league last year after Kane.

sky are confirming it. Bit surprised to be honest, happened really quickly.
Also the fee is reasonable (as reasonable as one can get in these times).
24 years old yet experienced in the prem, 25 goals last year (for Everton, its not like he had a ton of help)

yeah hold on. Senior officials from everton saying no deal done yet. So its probably close but no cigar (maybe minor details, future benefits).
75 million for Lukaku in the current climate is good, very good, so i think Everton want something else.

Anyway if the BBC claim its done, it probably is done for the most part.
Next signing we should go for is Sanchez. Still isn't extended and apparently wants 400k. I think 55-60 million gets it done (given Inter want 45 million for Perisic, i will take the guy who can score 20 goals a season +, even if he isn't as good defensively).

Seems to be done, just need to add another attacker or two and a midfielder.
Rumours are Chelsea now looking at Llorente and Benteke

Not sure why Chelsea want Llorente and Stormzy of all people but anyway, i thought they would be going for Morata if anything (also strikers like Aubameyang, Icardi etc).
